Welcome to Healthy Learning, Healthy Lives - Doncaster!
On Thursday 2nd July, the Government announced that schools will fully reopen from September. In order for schools to do this safely a number of changes will have to be made. The changes will be specific to individual schools. If unsure as to the exact nature of the changes parents are advised to check with their child's school.
The Government has produced guidance for parents with children who are returning to school and childcare settings.
Parents please head to our parents and communities pages for resource and information to help support you and your children through this difficult time.
The Healthy Learning, Healthy Lives team will continue to help support Doncaster Schools, Colleges, Early Years Providers and parents.
This website includes free resources, information and useful contacts for teachers, professionals and families of children aged 2 to 18 years. Visit the Resources section and the Parents & Community section to view them all.
Healthy Learning, Healthy Lives Accreditation
The programme includes a free Healthy Learning, Healthy Lives accreditation (formerly Healthy Schools) for local schools and early years settings. The dedicated team will provide advice and support to teachers and professionals to achieve the award. By working towards the award, education settings will be able to not only improve the health and wellbeing of children and their families but will also be meeting a range of local and national priorities.
For more information visit the Accreditation section and sign up now.
