British Rowing’s - Go Row Indoor Schools platform
The platform includes a set of resources carefully crafted to give teachers and tutors everything they need to teach indoor rowing, from basic technique videos and tutorials through to lesson plans, student guidance and advanced training techniques. All of the programme’s free-to-use resources are linked to the Physical Education National Curriculum, and include School Games resources, virtual challenges, case studies and good news stories.
