As part of the updates from Public Health, some key findings from the evaluation of the HLHL programme were shared. A big thank you to everyone who took part in the evaluation. Findings from the evaluation can be viewed here.

Some results from the Pupil Lifestyle Survey (PLS) were also explored.  All schools that took part in the survey will now have received their individual survey report.

The Doncaster summary results can be viewed here.

Preparations will soon begin for the 2019/20 survey and schools will be contacted by our commissioned survey provider; PFA Research.

Over the past few meetings we have been discussing The Draft Guidance on Relationships Education, Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) and Health Education.  At the meeting attendees were informed that the final guidance was expected soon.

On 25th June the Department for Education published the final statutory guidance for Relationships education, relationships and sex education (RSE) and health education.

The new curriculum will be mandatory from September 2020. Schools are encouraged to adopt the new curriculum early from September 2019.
