Improving the Health and Wellbeing of employees.
The Be Well @ Work programme is a free service to organisations across South Yorkshire which includes the following :-
• Free workplace visit – a short meeting involving initial discussions around workplace health and how you can make changes to fit your business.
• Workplace Health Needs Assessment – provide a survey and an analysis report following completion by your employees which will help determine priorities to improve employee health and wellbeing in your workplace.
• Share workplace health information – provide access to a suite of information and resources which can help you to develop your health and wellbeing programme and help to address your business priorities as determined by the action plan.
• Provide training
• Accredit your business with a good practice award and present you with a certificate of achievement.

The programme offers workshops on a range of topics to consider in the workplace to support staff including sleep, menopause, domestic abuse awareness and health and safety.
