Children & Young People Public Health Services Surveys

The Children, Young People & Families Public Health team are responsible for the commissioning of some public health services for children and young people. Currently these are delivered in Doncaster by the school nursing and Project 3 services. Due to the legal requirements of commissioning we are planning to make some changes to the way our local health services for young people (aged 5-19 years) are run.

We have set up some consultation surveys to support this and the links to all three surveys and a description of the audience they are intended for is below and in the attached posters.

As much of the work of these services is linked to education settings, either through delivering sessions in schools/colleges, providing training/advice, and for referrals/signposting we are keen to hear the thoughts of staff working in these settings.

Please note whatever your role and your current level of contact with the services we want to hear your thoughts.

We are also keen to hear from parent/carer and young people.
