Project 3 - Chlamydia Screening Programme

Details from Project 3 of activities they can deliver in schools;

Project 3 is a Young People’s Health and Wellbeing service in Doncaster and provides information, help and support on sexual health, stop smoking and drugs and alcohol.

We are currently delivering the National Chlamydia Screening Programme for young people aged 15-19. As part of this programme, we are targeting education providers across Doncaster so that we can offer a high proportion of young people in Doncaster the opportunity to be educated on chlamydia and other Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI’s) and also to be screened.

We are currently offering various agencies that work with young people the opportunity for our service to attend and offer chlamydia screening to students, this is usually done by us hosting an information stall in a communal area where we can give information about STI’s ,screen any students who feel that they would like to be tested, issue condoms and answer any questions that they might have.

If you would like any further information or would like to book a session, please contact us on the details below.
